When having paid with PayPal, the downloads are available immediately. When it’s a bank transfer payment, the download links will be available as soon as we see that the payment has arrived on our bank account.
In both cases you will get an order completion email as soon as payment has been confirmed. It is possible the completion email is in your spam. - How do I access my downloads?
The order completion email provides the download links, and you can always find them in your account. - How long are my download links valid?
Your downloads will remain available for as long as this webshop exists. - How can I read your PDFs on my device?
When you click on a PDF download link in your email or in the browser, most devices will automatically open a PDF reader. We recommend to store the PDF on the devices on which you plan to read it, so you don’t have to be online to access it. - Can I get a refund for my purchase?
If you would like a refund, send an email to orders@livefromtheamazon.com with the reason for the refund within 14 days after your purchase.
